Active VPN or DNS services may interfere with your eSIMania connectivity. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
- Disable third-party VPNs
Go to your device settings and turn off any active VPN applications. Corporate or workplace VPNs often require special configurations. - Check DNS settings
Reset DNS to default in your network settings. Custom DNS (like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) can sometimes block eSIM activation servers. - Restart your device
Power cycling helps clear temporary network conflicts. Wait 30 seconds before rebooting.
