I cannot connect with my eSIMania eSIM. What should I do?
First, verify your location is covered by checking our service coverage guide. Initial connections may take 2-3 minutes to establish.
If coverage exists but no network appears after 5 minutes:
- Confirm 3G/LTE is enabled in device settings
- Toggle Airplane Mode: Activate for 30 seconds, then re-enable cellular
- Perform full device restart
- Manual network selection:
- Navigate to Network Settings
- Select your eSIMania profile
- Choose "Search Networks"
- Pick from available partner networks listed on our global coverage page
- For Android/Windows users: Ensure data roaming is enabled
