I cannot connect with my eSIMania eSIM. What should I do?

First, verify your location is covered by checking our service coverage guide. Initial connections may take 2-3 minutes to establish.

If coverage exists but no network appears after 5 minutes:

  • Confirm 3G/LTE is enabled in device settings
  • Toggle Airplane Mode: Activate for 30 seconds, then re-enable cellular
  • Perform full device restart
  • Manual network selection:
    1. Navigate to Network Settings
    2. Select your eSIMania profile
    3. Choose "Search Networks"
    4. Pick from available partner networks listed on our global coverage page
  • For Android/Windows users: Ensure data roaming is enabled
