My phone is simlocked and I can't install my eSIM

I bought an eSIMania eSIM but my phone is carrier-locked. What can I do?

If your phone is carrier-locked, follow these steps to use your eSIMania profile:

  1. Contact your carrier - Request a device unlock using your phone's IMEI number (found in Settings > About Phone)
  2. Check compatibility - Ensure your device supports eSIM technology and isn't restricted by regional limitations
  3. After unlocking:
    • Restart your device
    • Scan your eSIM QR code from Orders page
    • Enable cellular data for new profile
