I bought an eSIMania eSIM but my phone is carrier-locked. What can I do?
If your phone is carrier-locked, follow these steps to use your eSIMania profile:
- Contact your carrier - Request a device unlock using your phone's IMEI number (found in Settings > About Phone)
- Check compatibility - Ensure your device supports eSIM technology and isn't restricted by regional limitations
- After unlocking:
- Restart your device
- Scan your eSIM QR code from Orders page
- Enable cellular data for new profile
Important notes:
