Why can't I purchase a Monthly plan for my eSIMania eSIM profile directly from the website?
Monthly plans require an active eSIMania account with a registered payment method for recurring billing. Since first-time users don't have an account yet, we recommend starting with our flexible One-Off data plans:
- Choose any One-Off data plan during initial purchase
- Install your eSIM profile following our installation guide
- Create your secure eSIMania account post-activation
Once your account is set up, you can:
1. Access Payment Settings to add payment method
2. Upgrade to Monthly/Annual plans via Order History
3. Manage subscriptions in your account dashboard
