My eSIMania Monthly Plan appears as cancelled, why?

Your eSIMania Monthly Plan may show as cancelled due to:

  • Payment failure during renewal (expired card/bank rejection)
  • Manual cancellation by the user

Quick resolution steps:

  1. Update payment method in Payment Settings
  2. Check for bank notifications in your email
  3. Resubscribe through My Orders

Plans remain active until the paid period ends, even if marked "cancelled" after manual termination. All active subscriptions appear in your order history.
