My eSIMania Monthly Plan appears as cancelled, why?
Your eSIMania Monthly Plan may show as cancelled due to:
- Payment failure during renewal (expired card/bank rejection)
- Manual cancellation by the user
Quick resolution steps:
- Update payment method in Payment Settings
- Check for bank notifications in your email
- Resubscribe through My Orders
Plans remain active until the paid period ends, even if marked "cancelled" after manual termination. All active subscriptions appear in your order history.
