Why isn't eSIMania.com loading on my iPad despite having internet connection?
If you're unable to access eSIMania.com on your iPad while connected to the internet, iCloud Private Relay might be interfering with eSIM recognition. Many websites and services become incompatible when this privacy feature is active.
