I purchased the wrong data plan and did not use it, how can I change it?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong eSIMania data plan and haven't used it, follow these steps:
- Check your order confirmation immediately after purchase
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours
- Include your order number from the confirmation email
Important notes:
- Changes are only possible for completely unused data plans
- Partial usage makes the plan ineligible for replacement
- Always double-check your selected country/region in our country list before purchasing
