How do I remove an eSIM profile from my Windows 10 or 11 device?
Before deleting any profiles, we recommend contacting eSIMania Support if you experience technical issues. Profile deletion is only necessary when transferring to a new device.
Windows 10 Instructions:
- Open Settings
- Select Network & Internet → Cellular
- Click Manage eSIM Profiles
- Choose profile to remove
- Click Delete
Windows 11 Instructions:
- Open Settings
- Navigate to Network & Internet → Mobile
- Select eSIM Profiles
- Click Reset eSIM
Warning: This removes ALL eSIM profiles from your device
