To manually install an eSIM profile on your iPhone using an activation code from eSIMania, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings → Mobile Data
2. Tap Add eSIM in the SIMs section
3. Select Use QR Code then choose Enter Details Manually at the bottom
4. Input your activation code details:
   1$esimania.provider$ABC123XYZ456
5. SM-DP+ Address: The part between two $ symbols
   Activation Code: The code after the second $ symbol
   Confirmation Code: Leave blank
6. Tap Next and complete setup
