How to reinstall the eSIM profile I deleted on my Windows 10 or Windows 11 device?
If you've accidentally deleted your eSIM profile on a Windows device, follow these steps to restore connectivity:
- Locate your device EID
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Cellular → Advanced Options to find your 32-digit EID number - Contact eSIMania Support
Email [email protected] with:- Your device EID
- Original order number from your orders
- Install reactivated profile
