Resolving Android Data Connection Issues with eSIM Profile

My eSIMania profile is installed and active on Android but I can't access internet - how to fix?

Important: Android devices can only use cellular data from one SIM/eSIM at a time. Follow these steps to ensure mobile data is assigned to your eSIMania profile:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Connections
  3. Choose SIM card manager
  4. Tap Mobile data
  5. Select eSIM (eSIMania)

Your device should now use mobile data through your eSIMania profile. If issues persist:

  • Ensure you're in covered country
  • Verify APN settings are configured automatically
  • Try restarting your device
