My eSIMania profile is installed and active on Android but I can't access internet - how to fix?
Important: Android devices can only use cellular data from one SIM/eSIM at a time. Follow these steps to ensure mobile data is assigned to your eSIMania profile:
- Open Settings
- Select Connections
- Choose SIM card manager
- Tap Mobile data
- Select eSIM (eSIMania)
Your device should now use mobile data through your eSIMania profile. If issues persist:
- Ensure you're in covered country
- Verify APN settings are configured automatically
- Try restarting your device
