My eSIMania profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad, but I can't access the Internet even with network signal. How do I fix this?
When using multiple SIMs/eSIMs on your iPhone/iPad, only one cellular data plan can be active at a time. Follow these steps to ensure your eSIMania profile is selected:
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular/Mobile Data
- Select Cellular Data Network
- Choose your eSIMania profile under Cellular Data
This will prioritize your eSIMania connection for internet access. Your device may briefly disconnect during this switch.
