Resolving Cellular Data Connection Issues with eSIM on iPhone/iPad

My eSIMania profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad, but I can't access the Internet even with network signal. How do I fix this?

When using multiple SIMs/eSIMs on your iPhone/iPad, only one cellular data plan can be active at a time. Follow these steps to ensure your eSIMania profile is selected:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Cellular/Mobile Data
  3. Select Cellular Data Network
  4. Choose your eSIMania profile under Cellular Data

This will prioritize your eSIMania connection for internet access. Your device may briefly disconnect during this switch.
