Why can't I access internet after activating eSIMania mobile data on my iPhone/iPad?
If you've activated your eSIMania plan but can't connect to internet, follow these steps:
- Verify eSIM selection:
- Open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data
- Ensure eSIMania plan is selected for cellular data
- Configure APN settings:
- In Cellular settings, tap Mobile Data Network
- Under eSIMania plan, check APN field
- Enter mbb if not pre-filled
