My eSIMania eSIM is activated on Windows 10/11 but has no network connection - how to fix?
Follow these steps to resolve network connectivity issues with your eSIMania eSIM profile:
For Windows 10:
- Ensure mobile network is enabled in Network & Internet Settings
- Navigate to Settings → Network & Internet → Cellular
- Select Advanced Options → Search networks
- Choose eSIMania or our local partner network
- Confirm selection and wait 30 seconds for connection
For Windows 11:
- Disable Automatic network selection in Mobile settings
- Click Search networks and select eSIMania
- Toggle cellular connection off/on to refresh
