Resolving Network Issues with eSIMania eSIM Profile on iPhone/iPad

My eSIMania eSIM profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad but I don’t have any network displayed, what can I do?

If your eSIMania eSIM profile shows grayed-out network indicators, it means the eSIM isn’t connecting to a cellular network. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Select Mobile Data
  3. Under DATA PLANS, choose your eSIMania profile
  4. Tap Network Selection
  5. Disable Automatic mode
  6. Select eSIMania or our local partner network from the list

The network name may vary by country. Check our coverage guide for partner networks in your location.
