My eSIMania eSIM profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad but I don’t have any network displayed, what can I do?
If your eSIMania eSIM profile shows grayed-out network indicators, it means the eSIM isn’t connecting to a cellular network. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open Settings on your device
- Select Mobile Data
- Under DATA PLANS, choose your eSIMania profile
- Tap Network Selection
- Disable Automatic mode
- Select eSIMania or our local partner network from the list
