How do I install my existing eSIMania profile on a new Android device without losing my account?
Follow these steps to transfer your eSIMania eSIM between Android devices:
- Verify login credentials
Ensure you remember your eSIMania email and password. Access your account via the Orders section on your original device if needed. - Remove old eSIM profile
Delete the eSIM profile from your previous device under Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs. If the device is unavailable, contact support. - Install on new device
- Download the eSIMania app from Google Play Store
- Log in with your credentials
- Navigate to Account → Manage eSIM
- Select Reinstall eSIM Profile
❗ Important notes:
- Maximum 5 eSIM reinstalls allowed per account
- Old device must remove profile first for successful transfer
