How do I transfer my eSIM profile from an Android device to an iPhone?
Follow these steps to transfer your eSIMania profile between devices:
- Verify your login credentials in the eSIMania account dashboard while connected through your current Android device
- Completely remove the eSIM profile from your Android device through network settings
- Install the eSIMania app on your new iPhone (available on App Store)
- Navigate to Account Settings → eSIM Management in the app
- Select "Reinstall My eSIM" and follow the activation prompts
Important notes:
- Profile must be deleted from old device before reinstalling
- Maximum 5 reinstalls allowed per eSIM purchase
- Data allowances remain tied to your account during transfers
