How do I transfer my eSIM profile to a new iPhone/iPad without losing my eSIMania account?
Follow these steps to securely transfer your eSIMania profile to a new device:
- Verify login credentials: Ensure you remember your eSIMania account email and password.Check your account details while connected through your current device.
- Remove old profile: Delete the eSIM profile from your original device via Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ eSIMania Plan.
If device is lost/stolen, contact support immediately.
- Install on new device:
- Download eSIMania app on your new iPhone/iPad
- Log in with your credentials
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select Reinstall eSIM Profile
Important Notes:
- ➔ Maximum 5 profile reinstalls allowed
- ➔ Old device must remove profile first
