I am stuck on the 'FINAL STEP' page, and the message 'Waiting for cellular connectivity' has been displayed for several minutes. How can I resolve this?
If you're experiencing delays at the final activation stage, follow these steps to establish connectivity with your eSIMania profile:
- Disable Wi-Fi connectivity
Swipe down from top-right (iOS) or top (Android) to access quick settings and toggle off Wi-Fi. - Verify eSIM activation status
- Navigate to Settings → Mobile Data/Cellular
- Select your eSIMania profile
- Confirm Turn On This Line is active
- Enable mobile data priority
- Go to Settings → Mobile Data/Cellular
- Tap Mobile Data Network
- Set eSIMania as primary data source
