If you're receiving a "device locked" message while trying to install your eSIMania profile, follow these steps:
- Contact your original carrier - Devices are typically locked to the network provider they were purchased from
- Request device unlocking - Provide your IMEI number (found in device settings) to the carrier
- Wait for confirmation - Most carriers process unlocks within 1-3 business days
