My credit card has expired, how can I register the new one for my eSIMania Monthly Plan?
To update your payment method for an active eSIMania Monthly Plan, follow these steps:
- Visit your Order History to review active plans
- Cancel the current Monthly Plan OR wait for its expiration
- After cancellation/expiration, subscribe again through Payment Settings
- Enter new credit card details during resubscription
Important Notes:
- Update cards before expiration date to avoid service interruption
- Double charges are prevented automatically - new plan starts immediately after old one expires
- All active eSIMs remain functional until their original expiration date
If your plan shows as "cancelled" but still appears in Order History, you can immediately resubscribe with new payment details. For billing discrepancies, contact [email protected].
